The Problem

Made4 had built an app with hundreds of workouts across strength training, Pilates and guided running.

The problem wasn't the product.

The problem was that every customer was getting the same experience.

The brand lacked a clear identity, the website wasn't communicating the value of the app, email marketing had become ineffective due to deliverability issues, and new users weren't given a personalised journey after downloading the app.

We rebuilt the entire digital experience.

Before designing anything, we helped reposition the business around a much stronger idea.

Made4 isn't just another fitness app. It's an app that's made for you.

That positioning became the foundation for every touchpoint that followed.

We designed and developed a completely bespoke website that reflected the new positioning.

The project included:

  • Custom website design from the ground up.
  • A fully bilingual experience.
  • Integration with the Made4 app.
  • Complete website copywriting focused on improving clarity and increasing conversions.

Instead of simply explaining features, every page was written to reinforce the idea of a personalised fitness experience.

Email should be one of the highest ROI marketing channels.

Unfortunately, Made4's emails weren't even reaching inboxes.

Their sending domain had developed a poor reputation, causing campaigns to land in spam before customers ever saw them.

We rebuilt the entire email ecosystem.

That included:

  • Migrating subscriber lists from Kajabi into Klaviyo.
  • Creating five automated customer journeys, including welcome, onboarding and nurture flows.
  • Writing every email.
  • Designing every email.
  • Developing the automation strategy.

Before launching, we implemented a full domain warm-up to rebuild sender reputation and restore deliverability.

Without solving that problem first, even the best emails would never have been read.

The biggest opportunity sat inside the app itself.

Rather than dropping every new user into the same experience, we designed a personalised onboarding quiz that introduces customers to the platform before they create an account.

The onboarding asks users about:

  • Their goals.
  • Their fitness level.
  • Their preferred training style.
  • The types of workouts they're most interested in.

Using those responses, the app can deliver a much more relevant experience from day one.

Instead of feeling like another exercise library, Made4 immediately feels like an app built around the individual.

Exactly as the new positioning promised.

Every customer touchpoint now tells the same story.

The website converts visitors with clearer messaging.

Email marketing reaches inboxes instead of spam folders.

And the app delivers a personalized experience from the very first interaction.

Rather than fixing isolated marketing problems, we built a connected customer journey that makes the brand feel exactly what its name promises:

Made4 you.
