We were approached by a long-standing client with a new business idea.

The ambition was simple but disruptive: create a platform that recognises exceptional businesses based on genuine customer reviews, removing the traditional barriers of award programs.

The challenge for MTHD was to create a distinctive brand capable of communicating trust, credibility and commercial value from day one, while supporting the launch of an entirely new business.

Here's the headline: With a hyper successful brand and website launch, Awardy was fully profitable within it's first week of operation, achieving an incredible conversion rate of 4x the industry standard.

The business needed more than a logo. It needed a brand capable of establishing credibility in a competitive market, explaining a new proposition simply, and inspiring businesses to see awards as a commercial growth tool rather than a marketing exercise.

The identity had to feel premium, trustworthy and ambitious while remaining accessible to businesses of every size.

MTHD partnered with the founders from the earliest stages, developing the entire customer experience from concept through to launch. Our work included:

  • Brand strategy and positioning
  • Logo and visual identity
  • Website design and development
  • Customer journey and user experience
  • Trophy and Award design
  • Video editing
  • Advertising creative and launch assets

The Awardy logo was designed with meaning at its core. At first glance, it appears clean and confident. On closer inspection, the letter A contains a hidden upward arrow. This subtle detail represents exactly what becoming an award-winning business should achieve:

  • Increased sales
  • Stronger customer perception
  • Greater trust and credibility
  • Higher team morale and pride

It's a visual reminder that recognition isn't the destination, it's the catalyst for growth.

Because Awardy introduces a different way of recognising business excellence, clarity was essential. We designed a digital experience that quickly communicates how the platform works, builds confidence in the verification process and guides visitors naturally from curiosity to engagement. Every stage of the journey was crafted to reduce friction while reinforcing Awardy's credibility and authority.

To support launch, we created a suite of advertising assets designed to communicate Awardy's core message consistently across digital channels. The creative focused on challenging traditional award schemes by highlighting what makes Awardy different: recognition earned through verified customer reputation rather than applications, judges or expensive entry fees.

Awardy launched with a confident brand, a distinctive visual identity and a digital platform designed to support growth from day one.

By combining strategic branding, thoughtful user experience and compelling creative, MTHD helped transform an ambitious idea into a credible business ready to earn recognition in its own right.
